What file should I upload?
Upload a PNG, JPG or PDF in the best quality you have.
If unsure, upload your file and we will check it before printing.
Can I upload multiple images?
Yes.
Choose multiple different designs and upload all images together. We will arrange them neatly on the sheet.
Are your edible prints Kosher / Halal?
Yes — we use Kedassia approved edible ink and icing sheets. Our edible materials are also suitable for halal diets
Will colours look exactly the same as my screen?
Edible printing uses food-safe inks, so colours may appear slightly softer than standard printing.
How long does printing take?
Orders are usually printed same day or next working day.
How do I apply the icing sheet?
Lightly dampen the icing or fondant, peel the backing carefully, then smooth the icing sheet down gently. Full instructions are included with your order.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or there is a print issue, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will help resolve it.
As each order is personalised, refunds are not usually offered for image quality or colour differences from screen.
