What are edible prints made from?

Our prints are produced using food-safe edible ink printed onto high quality icing sheets. They are safe to eat and suitable for placing directly onto cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and other baked goods. We use Kedassia approved edible ink and icing sheets. Our edible materials are also suitable for halal diets.

How do I apply an edible print?

Simply peel the print from the backing sheet and place it onto a lightly moistened surface such as fondant or buttercream. It will adhere quickly and look great.

How long does dispatch take?

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly. Orders are usually printed and sent within 1 working day. Please check the product page for current dispatch times.

What file format should I upload?

PNG, JPG or PDF files are accepted. For logos, a PNG with a transparent background usually gives the best result.

Can I order a custom size?

Please contact us if you require a size not listed in our shop and we will do our best to help.

What if there is a problem with my order? Can I return it?

As all items are custom printed, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or there is a print issue. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will help resolve it.
