Because our edible print products are made to order and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@edibleprint.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error with your order (e.g. wrong design or quantity), please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

Customer Errors

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors in customer-submitted artwork or incorrect details provided at checkout. Please carefully review your artwork and order details before submitting.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@edibleprint.uk. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
