By using the Edible Print website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

All edible print products are made to order. As our products are custom and food-safe, we cannot accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.

Orders

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order. Please ensure all artwork and details are correct before submitting your order. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or images, you confirm that you have the right to use them. Edible Print accepts no liability for copyright infringement caused by customer-submitted designs. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but by submitting it to us, you grant us a license to print it for your order.

Limitation of Liability

Edible Print's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before processing your order. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Edible Print is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect address details provided.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel the order as it will have already been processed.
